A Wizards Guide

You have been chosen to produce this publication.

Have a think about the following:

• What spells could be useful for a Wizard to be familiar with, in preparation for his/her new job?

• What kinds of magical danger might a Wizard run into if he/she was a professor at a School of Magic?

• What do Enchanted Forests contain that he/she should be familiar with?

• What kinds of potions or spells might his/her enemies (or friends!) brew up against him/her to make him/her look bad?

• What kinds of magical creatures might a Wizard run into?

• What sorts of adventures might a Wizard find him/herself in with no warning?

• What magical catastrophes could the professor face with his/her students, and how could he/she combat these?

• What student pranks might he/she have to counteract?

• What about potion and spell remedies for medical emergencies?

• What “impossible” or heroic acts might a Wizard be required to perform in his/her job?

Ask yourself lots of questions.

Try to imagine everything possible that could go wrong in a Professor's life at a School of Magic.

Be imaginative and surprising!

Illustrate with diagrams, drawings and photographs wherever possible.
