Designed to provide exercise and hydrotherapy, these can often be personally designed to suit individual needs. You can get continuous swim models which enable you to swim for kilometres, without leaving your back yard!
It is suggested that when looking at spas you actually sit in the spa to check if it fits you comfort-wise. Some spas are more suited to certain body types. If your spa ends up being uncomfortable, it's just wasted money.
